The IOBC methodology has been developed and refined across more than 3,000 businesses over 25 years. Business Coaching Level 1 and Level 2 are the first time it has been made available to coaches and professionals outside our practice. Both programs are delivered face to face in Sydney by the co-founders of IOBC.
Business Coaching
Level 1
Fifteen modules covering every area of a small business — the big picture, the day to day, the financial picture and how a business grows. Applied in the room with real coaching scenarios across three full days. Leave with a structured, proven approach you can apply from your very next client session.
Business Coaching
Level 2
Ten modules and eight new tools that build on the Level 1 foundation. A deeper focus on business acumen and the implementation capability that takes your coaching to the highest level. Level 1 is not a prerequisite — Level 2 can be taken as a standalone program.
