No. Level 2 can be taken as a standalone program. That said, many participants find that completing Level 1 first gives them a stronger foundation to get the most from Level 2.
No pre-reading required. Your only preparation is completing the HBDI thinking styles assessment, which you'll receive prior to the course. It takes around 20 minutes and your results will be used on Day 1.
The HBDI is a thinking styles assessment that maps how you naturally process information. Completing it before Day 1 means you arrive with insights about yourself that are used immediately in the program. It is included in your course fee.
We keep each intake deliberately small to ensure every participant gets the attention and practice time the program demands.
